Food is important to us and so is where we source and purchase our ingredients. Our ethical policy supports our passion for seasonal and local produce which are at the heart of all our menus, including fine slow reared rare breed beef, pork and lamb from our own farm. Good ingredients and a dash of inspiration from our team of chefs and voila! Food to enjoy.
We have a good selection of wines, carefully chosen to complement the menu.
Breakfast, includes full English and continental. We offer a tasty lunch/bar food menu, afternoon tea or, if you are off exploring the islands, we can provide packed lunches or picnics.
